Bucks Point Swimathon Motif 2022
Louise West has designed this motif as a charity fundraiser to celebrate Swimathon 2022. Louise will be giving a donation from the sale of the pattern to her Swimathon sponsorship with Cancer Research and Marie Curie Nurses being the worthy nominated charities this year. Louise will be entering the 30.9k swim challenge
The pattern is inspired by the the splashes and bubbles created in the water when doing front crawl tumble turns, with the water splashing over the edge, and air being blown out to prevent water going up your nose!
Working diagrams and supporting notes are provided. The motif was worked in Finca 80 with Aurifil 50/2 and a Finca Perle 12 gimp. Alternative threads may of course be used - you can really be creative with the colour!
