My Roseground Account

When you place an order online you will need to set up an account. This is a quick and easy with just a few questions including your billing address and email that need to be answered and then you are good to go.

No credit or debit card details are held against your account.

You may log in to your account at any time using the email address and password that you provided when the account was set up.



Will there be additional duties to pay with my purchase?

As a VAT registered company, we will deduct 20% VAT from your cost of the items that you purchased - this is not applicable to paper item e.g. books

Goods leaving the UK for the EU and the Rest of the World will be charged Import Duty & Import VAT at the rate applied by the destination county. As the buyer you will be liable for these and we recommend you checking the possible charge before you purchase.

Value Added Tax (VAT)

VAT is charged at 20% on all applicable items. The charge quoted includes VAT.

VAT will be deducted for all purchases (but not books) made by customers in Europe and the Rest of the World plus the Channel Islands.

Large Letter Post

If we are able to send an item by the lower cost Large Letter post, Roseground will adjust the postage amount when we process your order.

Such items that can be sent by Large Letter include patterns and some books providing the weight is below 750g

Sending patterns by email

We have a small number of patterns (produced for Roseground by Sarah Clothier) that can be sent by email.

All other patterns can only be sent by post and there can be no exceptions to this. If you are only purchasing a pattern we will adjust the postage to the lower value Large Letter - this is actioned when we process your order and not when you place the order online

When do I pay for my order

When you place an order online, you give authorisation for us to process the payment when we are ready to send your order. At no time do we see your account details; these are held by a secure server


I want a different delivery address

No problem at all. When you check-out, you will have the option of changing the delivery address and if necessary, adding any special instructions into the "Shipping Note" field.

Are my credit/debit card details safe

Definitely. We do not hold or see your credit or debit card details - these are handled securely on our behalf by SagePay.

Forgotten password

This is quick and easy to fix. Just click the "Forgotten Password" link and add your registered email address.

You will then receive an email, which will allow you to reset your password.
