Christmas Baubles
Four bauble designs using Bedfordshire techniques.
Bauble 1 (bottom left) - you have the option to use either small sequins or alternatively cucumber tallies for a more traditional lace. 32 pairs - Finca 40
Bauble 2 (top left and bottom right) - you have the option to use delica beads or alternatively leaves for a more traditional lace. Approximately 26 pairs - Finca 40
Bauble 3 (top right) - the most difficult of the 3 designs as you will need to add and throw out pairs for the tree. Delica beads may be used or alternative raised and rolled tallies for a more traditional lace. Approximately 50 pairs - Finca 50
Working instructions are provided to give some guidance.
Available in a paper version or a "ready to work" laser cut version (see second photograph). The laser cut version also comes with the working instructions as detailed above and a coloured postcard of the finished item.
The "ready to work" option provides an incredibly accurate pricking complete with all markings. Absolutely nothing to do apart from putting it on your pillow and making the lace. Definitely saves a huge amount of time.
